About this program
Rangley (operated by Mr. Fox, LLC) uses text messages to deliver one-time passcodes (OTP) for sign-up, sign-in, and multi-factor authentication, plus important account/security notices. No marketing messages are sent on this program.
How it works
- Opt-in: You enter your mobile number in the app and agree to receive texts for authentication and critical account notices.
- Frequency: Varies by your activity (typically one text per verification attempt or account event).
- Charges: Message & data rates may apply.
Commands
HELP — Get help and contact info.
STOP — Opt out of texts (we also honor STOP).
START — Re-enable texts after opting out.
Security tips
- Never share your one-time passcode with anyone.
- If you get a code you didn't request, don't use it—change your password and contact support.
Carrier & delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on your carrier coverage and device settings.
